Our company was founded in 1993 by a group of engineers who had gained extensive experience in designing telecommunication products when they previously worked for a U.S. laboratory that specialized in digital switching technology for PABX's and offices.

We soon became a provider of digital exchange solutions for the booming Chinese telecommunication industry. In 1995 we started to design and market communication products for power supply systems and emergency calling centers of public security administrations. These products were well received due to their excellent performance.
